Mystical Marpha

Jomsom, a land of open skies, encircled by fabulous white capped peaks that form the formidable range of the Himalaya, is a region of dramatic landscapes in the hills and is one of the best places in the world to watch the mountains radiant in the sunlight.

It is also home to people whose legendary donkey trails which is still very much a medium of trade and dedicated reverence to the Himalayas have brought peace to their lives. We begin this trip from Kathmandu and then take a mountain flight to Lukla and hit the road to the Chitwan National Park. We then move to Pokhara and then to Jomsom and the small and beautiful village of Marpha. This trip is a great combination of relaxation and adventure.
